Bryant

Bryant became instantly hooked on yoga in 2016 when he was first introduced to Iyengar Yoga. Later, in 2020, he started attending vinyasa flow classes regularly and became a certified instructor in the summer of 2022. Bryant enjoys studying many styles of exercise. His teaching style is gentle, varied, and well-rounded. He provides a challenge for students looking for a more vigorous practice, but accessibility to all students, no matter what fitness level. He loves teaching & encouraging others via classes and private sessions.
